Return Policy
Sunshine Cash and Carry (Pty) Ltd is a business in the Ecommerce industry that offers products for sale online.
We accept returns 3 business days from the time of delivery of the item.
In order to initiate the return, we ask that customers contact us via email to sales@sunshinecashandcarry.co.za
We make an exception to the 4 days during the holiday season which we classify as 1 Dec to 7 January of the following year.
Goods can be returned to our Store in Clearwater Office Park, Building 3 Ground floor, Millenium Road, Christiaan de Wet Rd, West Rand, 1735
Please be sure to get approval from our customer service team before you return the product.
Returns need to be in the original packaging.
You can also return goods via your own courier, be sure to get approval from customer service team and send the relevant waybill number.
Defective and broken items
As much as we strive to make sure that all goods we deliver are in excellent condition, in some cases an item may be defective or broken during the handling of the item.
If this is the case, you can opt for a refund or for the order to be replaced or store credit for future use.
In order for us to look into the issue, you need to first send a video of the item in use to show that the item is defective. Please send email to sales@sunshinecashandcarry.co.za
In this case, we will also collect the item no shipping fees are paid by the customer.
Correct item delivered, but Item does not fit or meet requirements
In this case you need to contact customer and provide a video showing that the item does not fit or will not work for intended purpose. Please send video to sales@sunshinecashandcarry.co.za
In this case you will be offered a store credit in order for you to be able to purchase the correct item or you can choose to have a full refund processed.
We will collect the order from the customer, no fees applicable.
New and Used Products will be collected with the original packaging for a full refund. A replacement, store credit or refund will be offered to the customer.
Correct item delivered, but not happy with it
In this case we will ask that you provide with the reasons you not happy with the product.
In this case we will collect the order from you and you will be offered a store credit or a full refund upon successful return of the item.
All refunds will be processed via the payment method used, for example if payment made in OZOW, funds will be reversed through OZOW.
Refunds are processed, and may take between 1 to 21 business days to reflect.

Custom Policy

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the information prior to making a purchase. We are not experts nor manufacturers of the products and therefore we only offer support and not expertise regarding the products on the website. Please note that if you order an incorrect item we will offer you a full refund. When we are collecting the item for a refund it is also your responsibility to provide a photo or video of the product, the packaging as you received it and to return the item to our offices within 10 business days. Once we have received the item your refund will be processed in 3 to 5 business days.

2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 14 business days and delivery confirmed by way of tracking number and tracking link information sent to the client sms confirmation.
Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address as per the format on the website. Incorrect address and address amendments will cause delays in delivering your order.

4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Sunshine cash and carry (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Sunshine Cash and carry (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 2 business days.
Damaged or is not working, you can return it to us within 3 business days after delivery or 30 days after shipment in case the delivery date is not traceable. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them Damaged products will be replaced or we will provide you with a full refund
Return a defective item
We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best conditions. If your product turns out to be defective, please provide us with the following proofs:
- This clause does not include products of a category with specific warranty terms as well as damages caused by incorrect usage of a product.
• Photos of the front and the back of the package or box;
• Partial shipment slips (if applicable);
• Photo or video of the defective item;
• Photo or video and a detailed description of the problem;
Only items with the above requirement submitted shall be replaced. Should the client not submit the above requirements, refunds and replacements will not be effected.
Return incorrect item received
If the item you have received differs completely from the one you ordered, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service and to provide us with the following proofs:
• Photos or a video of the incorrect item;
• Photos or a video showing the problem occurred with this product;
Because different batches of the products are supplied, the item logo or packaging you received may vary from the one displayed on our website. If all the functions and appearance of the product prove to be correct, please understand that this case will not be included in this policy. If a collection is necessary, we will replace the order or provide a full refund. Please be sure that the incorrect item you return is in the original package and the merchandise is in the same condition you received it in.
Return unsatisfactory products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can collect the product within 3 business days after delivery to receive a replacement or a refund .
Please ensure that when the order is collected it is in its original packaging
Warranty period is 30 Days.
How can I return the defective item to Sunshine Cash and Carry?

Important Notes
All customers should contact Customer Service for approval before returning any item(s). Sunshine cash and Carry will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance. We will collect the order once we have been notified by the customer.
Below are some further suggestions and important reminders:
- Keep all the packaging materials and shipping notes, which may be necessary for processing your return request;
- After mailing back the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt; if we cannot receive this information, we will have to wait until when the product arrives in our warehouse.
- Refunds will be arranged to the same payment method you used to place this order.
- You can refuse to sign for a package if you notice it is broken or open. Accepting a broken or damaged package can affect your return request;
- We can arrange a refund or a replacement of the product after receiving the defective item;
- Please place a note inside the return package by including the following details (this will accelerate your return request)
• your order number;
• the product ID or name and the quantity;
• a short description of the problem occurred with this product;
5. Customer Privacy policy
Sunshine Cash and Carry (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Sunshine Cash and Carry bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Sunshine Cash and carry via Ozow (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. Ozow uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the
website. Users may go to www.OZOW.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Sunshine Cash and Carry separately from card details which are entered by the client on Ozow secure site.

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
10. Responsibility
Sunshine Cash and Carry (Pty) Ltd Store takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and SUNSHINE Cash and Carry (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
12. Variation
SUNSHINE Cash and Carry (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
